New to blogging

I have finally entered into the blogging world and created a blog (where did that word come from?) Not sure what to write on this first message - welcome to anyone who will venture into reading this.
Recently our AC has been out so we have been staying at my parents house, amazing how you cannot wait to get out on your own and away from your "crazy" parents but when you need something or a should to cry on they are the first people you turn to. Think how different this world would be if whenever there was a crisis we all turned to our Father in Heaven for safety and direction, just a thought for the day...
In case you can't tell, I love to ramble (especially when I'm tired and man am I tired!), love love love to read, I'll get into that more later. Stephen and I like to do alot of things together or with the little person, that would be our lovely daughter Reghan Kiersten! She is such a delight and what a talker, our next one will either be mute or a loud talked just to get in a word with her around.
Anyway, she told me today that she loved me because I took her to the "libary" for books, such a sweety. Of course I did get the first "I don't like you" the other day. That hurt like the no other!!! All I wanted to do was brush her hair "I don't like you, I like daddy!" What do you do? I cried and then remembered that I was talking to a 2 year old and moved on.
